The provider is referred to as "Kapelludden," "We," or "AB Kapelludden." The booking/payment pertains to renting a space at Kapelludden.
Customers/guests who do not adhere to these regulations may be denied access to the area by Stegeborgs Egendoms staff.
To book/pay the fee on the website , the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or Swish is required.
The price includes space rental, booking fee, and connection (including consumption) of electricity (16 ampere).
Please note that all spaces are reserved from 13:00 to 13:00; please respect these times.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it should be checked to ensure that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is accurate. Booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of errors, we should be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.
Payment is made immediately, even at the time of booking.
Cancellation can only be made online via bokastallplats.borgholmscampingar.se/. The reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the reservation start date are non-refundable.
AB Kapelludden is not responsible for lost items.
AB Kapelludden is not liable for damage caused by external parties.
Other obligations and rules
Customers/guests should take care of the space, the harbor's facilities, and follow the rules, instructions, and regulations in place.
Between 23:00 and 08:00, customers/guests must observe silence and show consideration for other guests.
Grilling should take place at designated areas. Please consider fire hazards and check your firefighting equipment.
Each power outlet is 16 amperes, primarily intended for charging. Overuse may cause disruption to our electrical network. In the case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice for repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.
Environmental waste should be disposed of in designated bins. Garbage should be placed in provided bins. Other waste must not be flushed or thrown in the area.
Payment of the fee is made online.
Drinking water must not be used for vehicle washing.
We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by external parties.

This is an agreement between the customer (purchaser) and AB Kapelludden. The agreement ceases to be valid immediately if:
In case of a breach of the agreement, the customer/guests in the group must immediately vacate the area. In the event of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed from the customer.
In case of war, natural disasters, strikes, and other events considered as force majeure, Stegeborgs Egendom AB may terminate the agreement, and the customer and guests must be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, Stegeborgs Egendom is obliged to refund the amount paid, except for the benefit derived from the space.
